The Vice Deanship for Development and Quality at the College of Education, King Saud University, is moving with confident steps toward achieving the highest standards of quality and excellence in teaching and learning, scientific research, and community service. The Vice Deanship carries significant responsibilities aimed at developing the educational process within and beyond the College by adopting global best practices in academic accreditation and quality assurance, and by following up on the College's programs to ensure they obtain local and international accreditation through precise and sustainable evaluation mechanisms that guarantee the quality of education and its outcomes.

Among the Vice Deanship's priorities is studying the situation of the College's graduates and working to enhance their employment opportunities by building strategic partnerships with various public and private sectors. The Vice Deanship also places great emphasis on developing the capabilities and skills of the College's staff by offering training courses and workshops that keep pace with the latest developments in education.

The Vice Deanship's efforts include identifying and analyzing the gaps and challenges facing the academic work environment and developing the strategic plans needed to overcome them, in order to build an integrated educational environment that helps prepare national talent capable of contributing to a bright future.
